Curse

Since I'm interested in the Mesmer side of the N/Me SS UW build, I hope this is the proper place.

My question is why a N/Me class combination is prefered over the Me/N combination for duo'ing in UW?

Is it solely based on energy recovery (by soul reaping), or is there some underlying issue that I'm missing?

Using my Me/N with a friends Mo/W it seems that I can perform my part right. Granted sometimes there is a energy recovery issue, but I work with that by using Energy Tap or the ? of failure that returns enegy to me.

Me/N = 12 + 2 (awaken the blood) = 14 curses

N/Me = 12 + 1 + 3 + 2 = 18 curses

That's 41 damage spiteful.

Yes of course a Me/N can perform the role, but the extra 4 curses levels by playing a primary necro from super rune makes the runs faster. That's the main reason..
